From Marketplace Chaos to One Unified Dashboard

DeftReport aggregates sales data from multiple Amazon marketplaces into a single analytics dashboard. We built a SaaS platform that connects to Amazon MWS API, giving sellers real-time visibility across all their markets.

Built withLaravel · Amazon MWS API · MySQL · Chart.js

The Problem

Amazon sellers operating across multiple marketplaces — UK, Germany, France, and beyond — had no way to see all their sales data in one place. Every marketplace required a separate login, a separate dashboard, and a separate mental model.

The result: hours wasted on manual data collection, teams with no visibility into live numbers, and business decisions made on yesterday's spreadsheet instead of today's data.

Logging Into Each Marketplace Separately

Checking sales for UK, DE, and other markets meant jumping between Amazon Seller Central accounts. No unified view.

Hours of Manual Data Collection

Sellers spent hours copying numbers from different dashboards into spreadsheets just to compare regions.

Team Locked Out of Sales Data

Only the account owner could log into Seller Central. Team members had no access to real-time numbers.

No Cross-Marketplace Comparison

Impossible to spot trends across regions without manually assembling data side by side.

What Was at Stake

Amazon MWS API Integration

Complex authentication flows, strict rate limits, and data normalization across regions with different currencies and formats. Each marketplace has its own API quirks that needed to be abstracted into a consistent data layer.

Multi-Tenant SaaS Architecture

Each seller’s marketplace credentials and sales data must be completely isolated. The platform needed to handle multiple sellers, each with multiple marketplaces, without any data leaking between accounts.

Real-Time Data at Product Level

Syncing ASIN-level data with inventory counts, day-over-day comparisons, and sparkline trends. The dashboard had to feel live while respecting API rate limits and keeping database queries fast.
